Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
- Order number and proof of purchase are required.
- For returns due to quality issues, we will cover the shipping costs.
- For returns due to personal reasons, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.
Exchange Conditions
- If you receive a product with a quality defect or one that does not match the description, you may request an exchange.
- Please submit your exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order, accompanied by photos.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
